Customer Service (Full time) As a customer service agents you are responsible for ensuring that clients’ orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be helping educate the clients about product fit and function via the phone and/or email.

Shipping Associate (Full time) Reporting to the Director of Customer Service , the Shipping Associate is part of a team that is the core of the shipping department and whose main objective is to complete customer shipments for daily orders through a pick-pack-ship process.

Online Catalogue Creation Specialist - Data Entry (Full time) Reporting directly to the IT & Operations Manager, the Creation Specialist will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the product database and the integrity of the material uploaded to the website.
