Hello Altitude Sports!
I am tickled pink to write about how much Icebreaker has made a difference in my life. First off, as most people would have guessed, it keeps me oh so warm and cozy in the winter. The Oasis crew has become a daily staple for cold winter days around town. It's my "base layer" under sweaters and outdoor gear for every day, not just on days I'm doing outdoor sports. It has a great feminine cut and is cute all alone or with jeans. The Nature leggings are also a mainstay as they go under tunics, sporty dresses and just for lounging and I always get compliments on how cute they look with the little design by the ankle.

My real "ah ha" with Icebreaker came this summer though when I took a trip to New Brunswick and PEI with my family. I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing packing merino wool when the East coast was experiencing record high temperatures. That said, I brought along the dress, the Oasis crew and the touring tank. These items were my "go-to" pieces for the whole trip! On warm days, I felt cool, dry and the fabric was light and breezy against my skin. On damp or breezy days, I felt cozy but never hot. I wore these pieces day after day and they always felt fresh when I put them on each morning. I was amazed that there was no "day old" smell that most clothes get after full days with kids around.
Just to add one more example of how great Icebreaker is in the summer, I just got back from a heat wave in the California desert and once again, my 150 weight Icebreaker tanks and t's were my heroes. For my next trip, I will only pack a small suitcase with Icebreaker pieces no matter what the climate.
Many thanks to Veronique and Amy at Boutiques Concepts par Altitude-sports.com for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service and getting me launched on Icebreaker!
