YOUR SPOT IN MONTREAL
The Mr Pinchot bakery on the bike path, corner Marie-Anne and Brébeuf. In particular because the half-loaf that they make is just the right size for one person, and thus it doesn’t have time to dry out.

FAVORITE PURCHASE FROM ALTITUDE-SPORTS.COMPortrait of Magalie Altitude in Montreal
My The North Face Convertible V Jacket.

SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD NEVER DO
I would never do hard drugs.

YOUR BIGGEST MISTAKE
A mistake? Wow! I don’t really have any regrets, but I did once cheat on my boyfriend at the time with my future husband. It wasn’t very nice, but in the end I don`t regret it.

YOUR PASTIME WHEN YOU ARE ALL ALONE
I talk to my cat Willy, the fatty.

THE PLACE YOU FEEL THE GREATEST
In my kitchen garden, hands in the earth.

YOUR MOST COMFORTABLE POSITION
Lying down, and no, I am not referring to sex.

YOUR INTIMATE OUTDOOR MOMENT
It was at Mont-Orford Park after a 2 hour hike with our heavy oversized hiking bags, carrying too much wine. We arrived at the camping site expecting tons of people to be there, but we were all alone, it was so peaceful!

BEST CONCERT YOU’VE SEEN
Lollapalooza in 97 on Saint-Hélène`s Island, most especially the Smashing Pumpkins and Beastie Boys.Portrait of Magalie Altitude in Montreal

FAVORITE SONG FOR LOVE MAKIN'
Portishead, it’s not really my style, but my husband loves them.

EPITOME OF FEMININE BEAUTY
Véronique Forget! Ha! Ha! No, I don’t really have any idols.

NICEST COMPLIMENT YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED
That I giggle easily and it’s adorable.

YOUR PRIDE
My cooking skills and the 2 prizes that I have won: “La relève d’Hydro-Québec” in 2004 and “Recettes en vedette” with Thierry Daraize… Ooops! I never won that one. Well, I won it in my mind.

YOUR WEAKNESS
I live my life day by day, but sometimes I think I do it too much. It’s as if I don’t plan or think of the future. It can be discouraging. I wonder if one day I will wake up and think that I should have pushed myself harder in my studies.

BEST ADVICE YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN
To mind my own business. It can be tough, but it’s true, at the time I was way too nosy.

A WAY TO ESCAPE
By riding my bike, enjoying the outdoors, or doing anything that gets you movingPortrait of Magalie Altitude in Montreal

DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL DAY
I wake up and make love. I take my shower, have a delicious breakfast, and a latte with my husband. We take a bike ride together to go get some groceries. Then we have some friends over for a potluck dinner and several good bottles of wine. Then we get undressed. Uh, once all the guests have left!

ONE THING THAT YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT
My husband.

BEST MOMENT OF 2009
When I went to eat ribs at Gwen Reggae Bar Grill in Anguilla with my husband.

YOUR NEXT TRIP
To the Saint-Maurice reserve, for some canoe camping and fishing.

A SITE THAT HAS TO BE SEEN
The LUSK cave in le parc de la Gatineau, for caving.

A QUESTION YOU WOULD HAVE LIKE TO BEEN ASKED
What is your favorite color? Purple.
