I've made up my mind to only travel with a carry-on from now on. I was only vindicated in my opinion the other day, when an airline lost my mother's luggage. These days, limiting yourself to a carry-on means you save money and more importantly, a ton of hassle. Gone is the need to wait for your luggage after you've arrived. Gone too is the stress and possibility of your baggage being lost or having been sent to the wrong place. I would also add that you probably save a fair bit of wear and tear, not to mention that you will be rather more mobile with smaller luggage.

But you sometimes really do need to pack heavy. In that case, your carry-on gives a good amount of extra storage. Either way, you need to know what's the maximum size of bag you're allowed to bring. The good news is that I've done the research for you.

"Which size should I get for my Canada Goose parka?" We often get asked what size Canada Goose is the right one. It's a great question and it depends on a few factors. Beyond your personal preference, there's your body size. We have made a sizing chart for your here. Those indicate measurements for your body. They don't take into account fit. Speaking of which, Canada Goose makes its jackets with three fit types: Slim, Regular and Relaxed. Below, you'll find a description of each style and a chart with the jackets organized by fit.

Canada Goose parkas are built to last a decade, if not a lifetime. With such high-end products, both in terms of cost and value, you want to make sure you get the right one. But it's not just a question of choosing between the Kensington and the Trillium or between the Chilliwack and the Expedition. You also have to choose the right size. Please note that the measurements indicated refer to your body and not the jacket. Not only that, but the fit depends on which style you get. More on that later.

And, of course, with such luxurious jackets you also want to make sure you get the right size. With that in mind, we've prepared both fit and sizing charts for you. This is an important consideration with Canada Goose since they make jackets for a very wide variety of conditions. You won't be looking for the same fit if you expect it to dip past -50C or if it's a relatively balmy -2C.
