Ahhh, le yoga. Un excellent exercise pour le corps comme pour l'esprit. Mais comme toute activité, il est important d'être comfortable. C'était l'idée derrière notre scéance photo, surtout que quelques-unes de nos marques offrent désormais des modèles spécifiquement pour le yoga.

For this first article, dear reader, I want to tell you that, I, Cindy, yes me here, am not adept at any extreme sport. I’ve never gone camping, I ride a bike once every five years, I don’t go to the gym because the idea of being a lady hamster on her wheel mortifies me, and I’ve never backpacked around the world either, BUT!!!!

I’m a super yoga pro at Ardha Chandrasana!!

Alright, I admit it, I’m not as gracious as the photo when I do it, but I can at least flatter myself by saying I can balance on one leg without falling….or almost! ;-)

Pour ce premier billet, chers lecteurs, je tiens à vous dire que moi, Cindy, ici présente, ne suis aucunement adepte de sports extrêmes, je n’ai jamais fait de camping, je fais du vélo une fois aux 5 ans, je ne vais pas au gym, parce que l’impression d’être une lady hamster dans sa roue me tue, je n’ai pas fait le tour du monde avec un sac à dos non plus, MAIS !!!!!!

Je suis une yogi super pro du Ardha Chandrasana !!
