The weirdest thing happened to me the other day. I was looking up my bicycle when this lady hailed me. No, really. check it out.

Who knew random people could be so interested in what I wore? I know I put a lot of thought into it. After all, it greatly affects my comfort as I get around town. It's just that I would'nt think that strangers would be curious as to my way of getting dressed.

Perhaps she knew that freezing cold rain presents some pretty harsh weather for which you'd better be dressed or else you will seriously suffer.
